Legacy of Healing is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit Colorado corporation created with the sole purpose of sending medical mission teams worldwide to promote and enhance physical and spiritual health and healing. Legacy of Healing has adopted the model used by Jesus Christ, showing compassion to those who come for physical healing while sharing the gospel for spiritual healing. The Legacy team includes many Weiss family descendants who have been inspired by the adventures of Grandpa Sam, a missionary to Central and South America. Legacy of Healing includes young people as team members in order to continue building a legacy for future generations.
